To create your Trade Account at Solatek
To arrange third-party couriers to deliver goods ordered from Solatek
To send marketing offers from Solatek
We will retain your data for as long as necessary to fulfil these purposes above. After this your data will be deleted. Unless we are obliged or permitted by law to do so, and subject to any third-party disclosures set out in this policy, your data will not be disclosed to third parties.
Data security is of great importance to us and to protect your data we have put in place suitable physical, electronic and managerial procedures to safeguard data that we collect.
Changes of business ownership and control
Solatek may, from time to time, expand or reduce our business and this may involve the sale and/or the transfer of control of all or part of Solatek. Where it is relevant to any part of our business, data will be transferred, and the new owner or newly controlling party will, under the terms of this policy, be permitted to use the data for the purposes for which it was originally supplied to us.
We may also disclose data to a prospective purchaser of our business or any part of it.

What are your rights?
You have the right to ask for a copy of any of your data held by Solatek; this is free of charge (once a year).
If your data is incorrect you may ask for this to be corrected or removed. You can also withdraw your consent for us to use your data for marketing purposes at any time.
We cannot remove your data where there is a legal requirement preventing this, such as book-keeping records.
